The “Crooked Hill” road sign in suburban New York has been doctored to read “Crooked Hillary,” a reference to corrupt former Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s nickname given to her by Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign and a moniker that still sticks.
While millions may find the prank funny, Newsday reports that the Department of Transportation couldn’t see the humor.

“As soon as we were notified about the graffiti yesterday morning, it was removed,” a DOT spokesperson told Newsday. “Defacing public signs is illegal.”
President Trump continues to use the “Crooked Hillary” label for Hillary, tweeting this week that it’s ironic his Justice Department seems overly concerned about so-called Trump collusion with the Russians with no evidence and now obstruction of justice with James Comey — something even he admitted didn’t happen — but won’t prosecute “Crooked H” for what is clear obstruction of justice:
Crooked H destroyed phones w/ hammer, 'bleached' emails, & had husband meet w/AG days before she was cleared- & they talk about obstruction?
