Remember When Trump Said Trump Tower was Wiretapped and Got Mocked? Now Even CNN Admits it was True

Former Obama Director of National Intelligence James Clapper previously stated that the Trump campaign was not spied on.

Remember all the way back in March of this year when freshly-elected President Donald Trump accused the Obama regime of spying on Trump Tower — his campaign headquarters — during the 2016 presidential campaign and was roundly mocked by the Democrat Media Complex?

Here’s the tweet that caused leftist media to shout in collective outrage (I’m paraphrasing here), “How dare he question our Dear Leader Obama who is as pure as the driven snow.”

Fast-forward to today, September 19, and CNN, who previously mocked the president as a conspiracy theorist for making such a charge against their favorite president, Obama, admitting on air that the Obama regime spied on Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort inside of Trump Tower:

Then there’s this problematic flashback. In March, former Obama Director of National Intelligence (DNI) head James Clapper, no stranger to lying since he overtly lied to Congress about the Obama NSA massively unconstitutional spy ring in 2013, unequivocally told Chuck Todd on Meet the Press that the Obama regime in no way spied on the Trump campaign.

In fact, Clapper even went further, telling Todd that there is no way the Trump campaign could have been spied on without his knowledge:

Meanwhile, Judge Andrew Napolitano, FOX New Sr. Judicial Analyst, appearing on Fox & Friends on Tuesday, wondered out loud if the Obama regime wiretapped Paul Manafort during the 2016 presidential campaign in order to help Hillary Clinton, who Obama was actively campaigning for during the time, which would be a serious felony in his view:

That is the $64,000 question that demands an answer. This is clearly a Watergate-style scandal but it is doubtful that it will be treated as such by the Democrat Media Complex or the weaklings in the GOP. At a bare minimum, James Clapper and former FBI head James Comey have some major explaining to do.
