Those paying attention realize that Sen. [score]John McCain [/score](RINO – AZ), who has an “F” Liberty Score at Conservative Review because of the big government progressive’s abysmal voting record, is not really a Republican and is certainly not a conservative, as he more often than not joins his Democrat brethren on the other side of the aisle on key votes — even when they violate his own campaign promises. We saw a perfect example of that with his recent votes where he joined with Democrats to keep Obamacare.
McCain, 80, is no longer fooling anyone according to a new poll released Wednesday by Quinnipiac University, which found that John McCain is nearly twice as popular among Democrats than he is among members of his own party.
The Hill reports:
Nearly three in four Democrats, 74 percent, hold a favorable opinion of McCain, while only 39 percent of Republican have a favorable view of the GOP senator, according to a Quinnipiac University Poll released Wednesday.
Forty-nine percent of Republicans hold an unfavorable view of the Arizona lawmaker, while 18 percent of Democrats have an unfavorable opinion, according to the poll. Twice as many independents view him positively than negatively, 60 to 28 percent.
Overall, 57 percent of voters have a favorable view of the senator, while 32 percent hold an unfavorable view.

John McCain should stop the charade, stop masquerading as a Republican, and stop deceiving voters. He is a hard-core liberal on almost all issues when it matters.
He, [score]Susan Collins[/score], [score]Lisa Murkowski[/score], and the other RINOs in the Republican Party who vote like Democrats must switch parties in an effort to offer voters what they deserve — truth in labeling.
Republicans don’t really have a majority in the U.S. Senate, as subversives like this trio are really Democrats, and they should be honest about it and change the letter next to their names.
