Leftist Obama-Appointed Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos Shoots Down Texas Voter ID Law

Leftist Obama-Appointed Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos

A progressive leftist Obama activist masquerading as a “federal judge” ruled on Wednesday that the Texas Voter ID law, SB-14 and SB-5, somehow have “an impermissible discriminatory effect against Hispanics and African-Americans and was passed with a purpose in violation of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act (VRA) and the 14th and 15th Amendments to the United States Constitution.”

So wrote federal Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos, who is apparently a proponent of voter fraud and/or thinks minorities are too stupid to carry identification, even though they and EVERY RACE need ID for nearly everything important in life, including getting on an airplane, buying alcohol, applying for Social Security, or buying some common allergy medications from a pharmacy.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a conservative Republican, called the decision “outrageous” and announced that he plans to appeal the ruling:

“Today’s ruling is outrageous. Senate Bill 5 was passed by the people’s representatives and includes all the changes to the Texas voter ID law requested by the 5th Circuit. The U.S. Department of Justice is satisfied that the amended voter ID law has no discriminatory purpose or effect. Safeguarding the integrity of elections in Texas is essential to preserving our democracy. The 5th Circuit should reverse the entirety of the district court’s ruling.”

Texas should immediately begin impeachment proceedings against radical activist Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos. Race obviously has nothing to do with any voter ID law in that ALL RACES, ALL VOTERS are subject to the EXACT SAME LAW.

Like most leftist judges, Gonzales Ramos is making up crap out of thin air in order to further voter fraud, which of course, helps the Democrat Party — the real reason they are against voter ID laws.
