An illegal alien who clearly murdered a beautiful young American citizen is getting off scot-free on Thursday evening, as a San Francisco jury somehow came to a “not-guilty” verdict in the city known to be a proponent of illegal immigration with their much-ballyhooed “sanctuary cities” status in which local authorities refuse to cooperate with federal immigration officials.
San Francisco jurors, most likely radical progressive leftist Democrats, found illegal alien Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, 54, who was charged in the 2015 murder of 32-year-old Kate Steinle, innocent. Zarate had been previously deported to Mexico five times but easily re-invaded the U.S. due to the open borders policy championed by radicals Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the Democrat Party who have blood on their hands and owe Kate Steinle’s family their daughter back.
Kate Steinle, who was shot to death by Zarate on Pier 14 in San Francisco, was with her father on that July 2015 day, spoke her last words to her father, “Help me, Dad.”

President Trump called the decision “disgraceful.” “No wonder the people in our Country are so angry with illegal immigration,” he wrote.
A disgraceful verdict in the Kate Steinle case! No wonder the people of our Country are so angry with Illegal Immigration.

Leading conservative voices on the right were quick to weigh-in on the travesty of justice.
Texas Senator Ted Cruz, a strong proponent of border security, wrote on Twitter that he was “disappointed and angry” at the decision, noting that Zarate had “several felony convictions & was deported five times.”
Cruz wrote that “Justice must be served for Kate Steinle.”
I am disappointed and angry at the not guilty verdict for Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, an illegal alien who had several felony convictions & was deported from the US five times. Justice must be served for Kate Steinle. https://t.co/IxiL9WCU50

“My outrage is laden with melancholy, Michelle Malkin, host of Michelle Malkin Investigates on CRTV told FOX News host Sean Hannity following the verdict. “I have reported on many of these cases and there’s so little, if any, accountability for people in the federal, state and local government that have blood on their hands. Kate Steinle and her family never wanted or wished for the publicity that they have gotten, the pain that they have suffered and the fact that they have no choice but to be front and center in the headlines as they suffer as a result of this verdict.”
“This really is, I think, a damning indictment of so-called San Francisco values,” Malkin asserted. “Where is Nancy Pelosi tonight? Where has she been the last 25 years? This is her city. It’s her open borders policies that have haunted so many innocent people and innocent lives in San Francisco. It is the conversion of America into a sanctuary nation instead of a sovereign nation that has endangered us and one of the primary reasons that President Trump was elected in the first place,” she charged.
Former FBI agent and conservative commentator Dan Bongino, host of “The Renegade Republican,” podcast, who also appeared on Hannity Thursday night, called the decision “a really unbelievable human tragedy,” and wondered how the jury would be able to “look the American people in the eye.”
Outrageously, as Bongino pointed out, the illegal wasn’t even convicted of a lesser charge, like involuntary manslaughter:
” I feel for the family. This is just a really unbelievable human tragedy. Think about what happened. We have a guy in the country illegally five times. He admitted to being on drugs. He admitted to at least firing the weapon. He disputes how right? He admits to running away! He’s caught on video running away on video! He throws the gun into the San Francisco Bay. Then he gets in front of a San Francisco jury and is even acquitted, Sean — of involuntary manslaughter?! I mean, how do you look the American people in the eye? I’m serious.”
CRTV host Steve Deace correctly pointed out that “Anger over illegal immigration was the issue that turned Trump from celebrity curiosity into a political force of nature.” Deace predicted that the Kate Steinle verdict could be another “tipping point” in the energy gap between Democrats and Republicans in the 2018 midterm elections.
Anger over illegal immigration was the issue that turned Trump from celebrity curiosity into a political force of nature. #KateSteinle is kind of tipping point that can definitely close energy gap between Democrats and Republicans in 2018.

FOX News host Tucker Carlson noted that illegal aliens are getting preferential treatment — that if Zarate were an American citizen, he wouldn’t be walking away free as a bird:
Illegal immigrants are being given better treatment and special privileges because they are here illegally. It is hard to imagine that an American citizen would have been acquitted of charges in the Steinle case #Tucker @FoxNews

Conservative actor James Woods, a Twitter superstar, predicted that Kate Steinle “will leave an enduring legacy.”
“The stunning depravity of her murderer’s acquittal will be a turning point in American history,” Woods predicted, tweeting to the hashtag #BuildTheWall.
#KateSteinle will leave an enduring legacy. The stunning depravity of her murderer’s acquittal will be a turning point in American history. The lines are drawn. #BuildTheWall

Daily Wire founder and editor Ben Shapiro stated that “Politics trumps evidence in California once again.”
Horrifying verdict on Steinle murderer. Politics trumps evidence in California once again.

One America News host Liz Wheeler blamed the “Democrats’ insane Sanctuary City laws.”
Kate Steinle's killer was deported FIVE TIMES. He wouldn't have been in the USA if it weren't for Democrats' insane Sanctuary City laws, which AS WE CAN SEE, protect killers & cost American citizens their lives.
My God, what must Kate Steinle's family be feeling right now.

Conservative Review’s Daniel Horowitz perhaps said it best, calling the decision an example of “illegal alien supremacism.”
We have illegal alien supremacism, even for violent ones, at every level of our political and legal system, yet we are told we need a "DACA fix"??!! Are you freaken kidding me? It's time to go on offense and demand a sanctuary city fix in the budget bill.

Kate Steinle’s death should not go in vain. This case should be used politically to shame Democrats into doing what’s right for the country and building the border wall at last so that there will never again be more tragic cases like this.
